Wild Garlic Pesto Pasta

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g pasta wholemeal
  • 1 tbsp wild garlic pesto
  • 2 fistfulls cashews soaked in hot water
  • salt if needed

Method
 

  1. Boil up water for pasta and cashews.
  2. Cook pasta in boiling salted water. Meanwhile, prepare everything else.
  3. Soak cashews in boiling water for about 5 minutes. Then add them to a blender and blend them well along with the water they were soaking in.
  4. When pasta is cooked, add cashew cream and pesto to strained pasta and mix it all well.
  5. Serve. That's literally it!
