Method
- Put all of the ingredients into a blender. Turn it on and blend until smooth. It shouldn't take more than 1 minute.
- Pour mango lassi into two glasses and top with whatever you wish. I used chopped cashews and a bit of cardamom. You could also add almonds, brazil nuts, lime peel, shredded coconut or coconut chips.
- Enjoy!
Notes
You can switch lime juice for lemon, but keep in mind that lime has a special twist to its taste. Agave syrup is used to enhance the taste, but you can easily skip it if you want to avoid added sugar.
