Method
- Put all of the dry ingredients into a big bowl and whisk together.
- In a separate bowl combine plant milk and lemon juice. Let it sit for a few minutes.
- Add yogurt and vanilla essence. Whisk well.
- Wash plums. Cut them in half, take the pit out.
- Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients. Pour the batter into a greased pan (or line it with parchment paper).
- Now add halves of plums facing up. You can play around with the patterns of plums.
- Bake at 180°C for 40-45 minutes. You can have it warm or cold.
