Soak raisins in hot water. Chop chocolate into small chunks. Chop hazelnuts and almonds. Cut figs into smaller pieces. Mash bananas using a fork. Melt coconut oil.
Add flour, oat flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and cardamom to a large bowl and whisk them together. Add milk, oil, lemon juice, and mashed bananas to a smaller bowl and stir them.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Mix them together. Add all the other stuff – nuts, dried fruits, and chocolate – to the batter and stir them in.
Pour the batter into a rectangular baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake at 180°C for 60 minutes.
