I will not say I am obsessed with tiger nuts. I’m not. I’m crazy about them when they are soaked and I loooovveee tiger nut flour. But I am obsessed with tiger nut spread.
Tiger nut spread is kind of like peanut butter but made from tiger nuts. It’s sweet and filling, with a lot of fibre and a lot of micro nutrients.

Tiger Nut Chocolate Power Balls
Ingredients
- 100 g soft dates
- 50 g shredded coconut
- 50 g raw cocoa
- 50 g tiger nut spread
- 20 g agave syrup unrefined
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until you get a paste.
- Form balls between the palms from the blended ingredients.
- That's it! If you want, you can roll them in shredded coconut or cocoa powder.
